Mourjan Marinas IGY, the luxury developer and manager of marinas, has named Iain Bell as director of development and promoted Matthew Whatman to the position of senior project manager.
Iain Bell maintains his directorial role in the company by continuing to focus on the development and design of all Mourjan Marinas IGY’s projects, a statement said.
He will also continue to manage the technical services teams that strive to ensure the success of the company as well as managing the complete development process of future marina developments, it added.
Whatman will maintain his management of the development phases with Mourjan Marinas IGY. This includes the master planning services, design and construction. Whatman also manages the communications with consultants, contractors and government regulatory authorities to direct and coordinate their activities in order to maximise efficient operations for Mourjan Marinas IGY.
"The executive developments we are making with Iain and Matthew are compatible with the objectives we have for the future of Mourjan Marinas IGY,” said Michael Horrigan, CEO of Mourjan Marinas IGY.
“As the Mena region has shown sufficient growth in the past year, we aim to maintain our footing in the market to develop and manage world-class marinas and yachting lifestyle developments.”
“It is with great pleasure that we maintain our successful relationship with Iain and Matthew and we look forward to working closely together with them to ensure our success in the maritime and yachting industry in the Middle East,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
