Saudi shipping firm to boost VLCC fleet

The state-run National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is looking to buy more Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs) to add to its existing fleet of 17 tankers, a company executive said.
'We have a five year growth strategy and would like to add more (VLCCs),' said Saleh A. Al-Shamekh, president of oil and gas for the company, at a shipping conference on Wednesday.-Reuters
