Al Bayader International, a leading regional provider of food packaging solutions, has announced the start of operations at its high-tech warehousing and logistics facility in Al Ain.
Strategically located in the industrial area of Al Khurer, the latest Al Bayader International facility is three times bigger than their previous one which, since 2000, housed an office and showroom.
“The completion of our newest facility in the city of Al Ain and the start of its operations is an important factor in the group’s overall warehousing and logistics capabilities,” said Nidal Haddad, CEO of Al Bayader International.
“The facility is complemented by the fact that our A-Z offering of research and development, design, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics competencies is what sets us apart from the rest of the competition.”
Capable of accommodating 35 40-foot containers with the capacity of simultaneously handling four containers, its day-to-day operations is run by the state-of-the-art warehousing logistics software Infor 4000 WMS – one of the world’s best warehousing management software – that subsequently allows for the facility’s efficient manning and operation with a minimal number of eight personnel and four vehicles.
Haddad added: “Our total solutions competency which starts from designing highly innovative, pioneering, high quality and food safe products incorporates customer and market feedback down to delivery of such products right into their doorstep.
“It not only ensures that the much-needed inventory reaches customers at the right time and place, but also allows for the enhancement of business partnerships through our ability to constantly address their every need.”
“Undoubtedly, the demand and requirements of a fast-growing market in the city of Al Ain and Al Buraimi will be better served and met with our Al Ain facility which we are confident will positively contribute to the efficient delivery of products and services to customers,” he concluded. – TradeArabia News Service
