Pentair, IDC launch industrial services JV

Abu Dhabi, March 4, 2014

Pentair, a global water, fluid, thermal management company, and International Development Company (IDC) have launched a joint venture to service valve, actuator and industrial equipment in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.

“Pentair is excited by this unique opportunity to work with International Development Company in what will be the company’s first joint venture for industrial valve and pump services in the United Arab Emirates,” said Ramesh Nuggihalli, vice president and managing director for Pentair in the Middle East.

“We are already committed to local manufacturing within the UAE and see the expansion into services as the natural progression of our business offering to our local customers.”

Pentair has more than 1,200 employees in the region in manufacturing, servicing and office facilities.
