Middle East Computer Services (Mecos), a division of Al Safar Group and the authorised dealer for Control4 (US) in Bahrain, said it was honoured with four awards at the CE Pro 100 Awards 2015.

Control4 won the awards for multi-room audio, whole-house automation, energy smart grid management and security access control, said a statement from the company.

The winning companies and brands of "CE Pro 100 Awards 2015" were chosen by a panel of industry leaders along with the editors of CE Pro magazine. They were selected based on a set of criteria including innovation, functionality, competitive advantages and benefits to the end-user, it added.

The 2015 CE PRO brand analysis also reported Control4 as the leading brand in multiple categories for smart home solutions, said the statement.

Mecos is a systems integrator which mainly provides home and commercial automation systems and security solutions in Bahrain. It also provides network video solutions and expertise in digital, IP and network video and analogue CCTV. Some of its latest range of products includes mobile indoor and outdoor cameras as well as standalone mobile NVRs (network video recorders).

CE Pro magazine is the leading trade publication for professionals involved in the custom electronics business.
