Petrology opens office in Bahrain

MANAMA, September 15, 2015

Petrology, a joint venture between Almajdouie Logistics (Saudi Arabia), De Rijke (The Netherlands) and Sumitomo Warehouse (Japan), has opened its office in Bahrain.

S I Mustafa, a board member of Almajdouie Holding, inaugurated the Petrology office in the kingdom, said a statement from the company.

The company aims to serve the growing logistics needs of the petrochemical industry by bridging the gap between demand and supply, it said.

Petrology will serve customers’ needs with innovative and fast solutions on a global scale, capitalising on each of the three company’s competencies from a geographical, cultural and technical perspective, added the statement.

With this, Almajdouie Logistics Co transfers further technical-know-how from abroad, and increases its wide network of joint ventures and networking partners, it said.

Mustafa said: “All three partners have a proven expertise in executing and operating supply chain solutions within their territories.”

“The three powerhouses are jointly aiming to break the cost curve to ensure competitive advantage for the petrochemical industry across the global value chain,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
