Karcher, a leader in innovative cleaning technology solutions, will be making its debut at the SIAL Middle East 2015, a professional trade exhibition for the food, beverage and hospitality industries, being held in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The event will kick off tomorrow (December 7), and will run until December 9, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (Adnec).

The company will showcase its professional steam machines that requires no chemicals or detergents thereby reducing environmental contaminants and increasing safety, hygiene, and overall environmental sustainability, said a statement from Karcher.

Additionally, other specific machines such as the special solution for vacuuming ovens during operation will also be displayed, it said.

Richard Nouira, the managing director for Middle East, said: “While our products are well known in the hospitality sector, the connection is usually limited to cleaning interior/exterior surfaces such as ballrooms, lobbies and rooms.”
