BAE Systems appoints new VP for Mideast growth

MANAMA, January 19, 2016

BAE Systems, a British multinational defence, security and aerospace company, has appointed Mark Simpkins as its new vice-president for the Middle East, rejoining the team to be based in Bahrain. Moving to the kingdom after three years running BAE Systems’ office in New Delhi, Simpkins joins the regional team to continue evolving the company’s business in the Middle East with customers and partners, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
