Cox Powertrain to showcase new diesel outboard engine

AMSTERDAM, November 3, 2016

UK-based Cox Powertrain will showcase a full-size model of its advanced diesel outboard engine, the CXO300, at the Marine Equipment Trade Show (METS), later this month, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The event will take place from November 15 to 17, at the RAI Amsterdam.

The Brighton City Airport-based diesel engine innovator has had an increased presence at leading industry shows during the year, including Seawork, Cannes Yachting Festival and Euronaval, said a statement.

The company recently increased its workforce to meet the rigorous demands of developing and testing this highly-advanced technology – and also to strengthen the brand’s marketing activity, which is producing significant results, it said.

The METS event attracts key decision makers from leading marine companies. In line with Cox Powertrain’s aim to raise their brand profile and engage with prospective industry partners, as well as boat builders and potential customers; the company chose to work with leading event specialists Quadrant2Design, opting for Q2D’s exclusive free-hire and installation service – the complete turnkey solution for discerning clients who demand the ultimate ROI, it added.

With an exciting 2017 in prospect, particularly following the launch of the CXO300, the team will be focussing its attention on an intense year of marketing activities and finalising its distributor networks, it stated. – TradeArabia News Service
