gulfBID, the leading building and interiors exhibition in the northern Gulf is back with a three-day international show taking place from tomorrow until Thursday at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre (BIEC).
The exhibition, a joint venture between dmg World Media, organisers of the Big 5 and Index Exhibitons in Dubai and Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), part of Al Hilal Group, is the third edition of this annual event.
More than 200 companies from 19 countries are exhibiting at the show, which is expected to attract 5,000 visitors from the region.
The exhibition is being held under the patronage of Prime Minister Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
"We are delighted to see that gulfBID has now established itself as the premier building and interiors exhibition for the northern Gulf region," said HCE managing director Jubran Abdulrahman.
"The show has grown to reflect the booming construction market throughout the GCC and we expect this growth to continue in the future."
"We at dmg World Media are delighted to continue our association with HCE, which has over the past few years resulted in a professionally-managed and well-attended exhibition in Bahrain," said dmg World Media managing director Bernard Walsh.
"gulfBID complements dmg's market leading events in Dubai providing our exhibitors with greater access to the vibrant building and interiors markets of the region."
gulfBID 2008 is designed to cater for the business-to-business requirements of this vital economic sector and held to serve the markets of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar.
This must-attend show has widened its portfolio to include the full spectrum of quality interiors and furniture, including contract furniture for hotels, offices and new facilities such as airports and hospitals. -TradeArabia News Service
