Fujitsu Siemens Computers said it will focus on one-on-one consultation with customers and partners while showcasing Next Generation Mobility products and Dynamic Data Center technologies at the Gitex Technology Week 2008.
As the European leader in IT mobility solutions, Fujitsu Siemens Computers said it will showcase its innovative mobile solutions and the cost saving benefits of Green IT that are topping the list of crucial business needs for key organisations in the Middle East market.
The technology week runs from October 19 to 23.
The company said it will meet the influx of customers, industry specialists and partners keen to learn more about Fujitsu Siemens Computers mobility and enterprise products at two locations during Gitex.
At Oracle World in Hall 5, Fujitsu Siemens Computers will be demonstrating the FlexFrame for Oracle solution which is the pioneering pre-integrated IT infrastructure that assigns servers to Oracle services for database and application servers.
"This year, we have taken a different approach to meet our customers and partners. Through a series of dedicated meetings and workshops, we shall make sure to understand our customer needs and follow our partners' requirements closely," said Stephane Rejasse, managing director for Fujitsu Siemens Computers Middle East.
"Also, participation at Oracle World will give us the chance to fully demonstrate the benefits of our FlexFrame for Oracle systems.
Fujitsu Siemens Computers will also host events for customers and industry partners at the Monarch Hotel during the week of Gitex in order to share the newest additions to their family of industry-leading solutions in an intimate setting.
On the first day of Gitex, the company will invite customers to hear success stories and interact with some of its senior enterprise customers who will relate their experiences deploying Dynamic Data Center solutions and its benefits.
At the following Partner's Day, Fujitsu Siemens Computers will feature its newest consumer notebook line, the Amilo range, which will make its regional appearance for the first time at Gitex.
"The majority of our customers and partners take the time to visit the exhibition and hosting events at the Monarch gives us a great opportunity to meet them in a different environment where we can take time to understand their needs. This will ultimately help us to fuel innovation and generate new leads that will prompt further investment and expansion of our business in the region," added Rejasse.
Another feature of the customer and partner days will be Fujitsu Siemens Computers’ Green IT initiative which the company understands as a brand promise to act and behave with a sense of responsibility in everything it does.
Rejasse said: "By leveraging our leadership and experience in the market, we will use the time during Gitex to showcase our strategic end-to-end approach to the development of Green IT and mobility projects which has been widely embraced by the regional business community."
