Batelco offers benefits to loyalty members

Batelco, the leading telecom service provider in Bahrain, has launched special benefits for members of its Al Dana Club, a programme for residential customers who meet certain requirements based on loyalty to Batelco products and services.
The special offers include a free Al Dana dining club card for each member and the addition of exclusive counters at key Batelco retail shops to offer dedicated service for Al Dana Club’s customers.
The club which has been in place for a number of years has recently been enhanced by the unveiling of exclusive Al Dana Club counters which provide ‘red carpet’ treatment for its members at Batelco’s retail shops in City Centre Mall, Seef Mall, Gosi Centre, Isa Town Mall and Hamad Town.
Every Al Dana customers is also entitled to a free Al Dana dining club card which entitles the bearer to receive discounts at hundreds of outlets throughout Bahrain including restaurants, hotels, beauty salons and coffee shops and at thousands of international locations also.
Among the additional privileges enjoyed by each Al Dana customer is access to a dedicated account manager to provide round the clock assistance with any telecom request.
Al Dana Club members can also look forward to special offers and promotions throughout the year and be the first to be offered Batelco’s new products and services.
Ahmed Al Janahi, Batelco Group GM media and government relations, said that the Al Dana Club is designed to give extra special treatment to those customers who consistently remain loyal to Batelco and avail of a range of the company’s products and services on an ongoing basis.
