Extensya, a leading regional company specialized in business process outsourcing (BPO), said it has signed an agreement with Sermon Business Solutions, for deploying Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.

Sermon is a leading provider of specialized IT solutions such as ERP and CRM for business management and consulting units.

The solution, based on Microsoft Dynamics GP, aims at supporting Extensya’s growth strategies and services, linking the company’s administrative and technical departments via a secure e-environment, said a senior official.

'We’re keen on developing our services, supporting them with advanced modern solutions, to keep in pace with the increasing demands from the largest clients in the region,' remarked Wael Daoud, Extensya chief executive officer.

'We chose Sermon for the exact same reason; this company’s experience and technical capabilities are exemplary,' he noted.

The new solution, said Daoud, will allow the company to completely automate its financial and administrative operations, and link them to the technical departments to increase speed and efficiency at all concerned departments.

'It will also contribute to our comprehensive customer follow-up processes, enabling managers to monitor applications and better task completions, up to Extensya’s standards,' he added.

Omar Zaidan, Sermon Business Solutions CEO said, “We’re glad we added Extensya to our client list by providing them with the most advanced international solutions, that will contribute to their status as a leader in the BPO industry.”
