Batelco offers free O-net device in new promotion

Batelco, Bahrain’s leading mobile broadband services provider, has announced a new promotion offering a free O-net device with each new subscription to its BD10 O-net package.
The free O-net device (model E-155 Modem, 3.6Mbps) is also available free of charge with Batelco’s BD14, BD20 and BD25 O-net packages. Customers registering for any of these packages will also benefit from 45 free SMS and 4GB, 6GB, 10GB and 40GB respectively free data and free registration.
“These very convenient O-net Broadband devices are small and fast and even better, free for our customers who subscribe to our very reasonably priced BD10 O-net package,” said group general manager Media Relations, Ahmed Al Janahi.
“With our O-net device customers can browse the Internet, send and receive SMS and chat using existing instant messaging service, all from the convenience of a laptop or PC, anywhere and anytime. Large volumes of data such as e-mail attachments can also be downloaded fast and conveniently as can music and video files.”
Additionally, the O-net Mobile Broadband Sim Card can be conveniently used in PDA’s, or any GSM / GPRS / EDGE / 3G / HSDPA device with access to the internet. Furthermore, Batelco’s mobile postpaid customers can benefit from a low rate of only 600 fils per megabyte for data access when they are roaming in all GCC states and a number of major Arab countries across the Middle East.
