Zain Bahrain hosts motivational seminar

Business leader and motivational speaker Scott Mckain spoke to Zain Bahrain staff at a day-long seminar which was held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel recently.
The interactive seminar titled ‘The Ultimate Customer Experience’ was attended by Zain Bahrain staff from all departments as well as its business partners and involved teamwork and group discussions built around Mckain’s presentation, the company said in a statement.
The seminar focused on creating awareness of the importance of customer experience and how to involve employees in the big picture, it said.
“The seminar is part of the efforts at Zain Bahrain to continuously update our skills and keep our focus tightly on customer services,” said Zain Bahrain general manager Mohammed Zainalabedin.
