Omantel picks key solutions from Aito

Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel), the leading telecommunications company in the Sultanate, has signed up Finland-based Aito Technologies for its key customer experience analytics (CEA) solutions.
A leading provider of CEA solutions for communications service providers, Aito said these solutions will help provide greater insight and intelligence into Omantel’s customer usage.
The Aito CEA solution was selected mainly for its ability to quickly and easily unify the business, customer and network traffic data and provide centralized, easy-to-use real-time analytics out-of-the-box, said a senior official.
“The choice of Aito CEA will enable us to achieve this through analysis of a broad combination of data and obtain insights into market, customer, service and network trends resulting in improved customer experience and reduced churn,” remarked Jalal Hussain Abdullatif, the manager business intelligence at Omantel Corporate Strategy Unit.
