“Through smart solutions, we aim to add life to life in new, more exciting ways – by making our customers’ world a better, happier place,” said Fahad Al Hassawi, chief commercial officer, du.
“Our healthcare solutions suite demonstrates how our customers can experience healthcare in a more convenient way. These solutions offer our enterprise customers the means to provide comprehensive healthcare services to their employees and dependents, with medical advice no more than just a minute away at all times.”
The services include Hyjiya, an integrated comprehensive personal health records storage portal; and Mobile Doctors Virtual Clinic, which offers guidance and support via managed video to address common, non-emergency issues without having to go to the hospital.
It also includes End to End Health Clinic and Practice Management – Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas) and Software as a Service (SaaS), which is a private and public offering called the Virtual Data Centre, which provides a broad range of services that can be delivered and managed from du’s datacentres, and across the telecom’s network. This system provides rich clinical end-to-end functionality for healthcare customers including electronic medical records, billing and electronic health insurance claims processing. - TradeArabia News Service
