Batelco telecom solutions for Americana unit

Batelco, Bahrain’s leading telecom services provider, is set to provide a complete communications solution to the Bahrain and Kuwait Restaurant Company, which is a part of the Americana Group.

The solutions will include unified communications, IP telephony and contact centre solutions for the company’s main call centre that serves KFC, Hardees and Pizza Hut.

As many as 36 agents will be able to receive customers’ calls concurrently, 24 hours-a-day after the implementation.

Batelco is also delivering IP telephony for the company’s Bahrain corporate head office to provide services for over 100 users.

Batelco's project management and deployment teams have worked closely with Bahrain & Kuwait Restaurant Company’s IT team to plan the activity and roll out of the selected services.

Adel Daylami, Batelco’s business division general manager, said that the company is very pleased to be providing these solutions to meet the restaurant group’s requirements.
