Zain warns over service disruptions

Zain Bahrain is warning prepaid customers of potential service disruptions in the coming days, as it enters the final stages of implementing a new prepaid intelligent network system.
Described as the company's "new and most modern network", it is expected to be ready by the end of the month, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.
"While interruptions will be minimised during this final stage of integration, Zain Bahrain prepaid customers may face service interruptions during the next few days due to the implementation of a new prepaid intelligent network system," the company said in a statement yesterday.
It said the new network would offer stronger coverage, faster speeds, superior call quality and offer a better experience for its customers.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused and, as always, welcome feedback from our valued customers," it added.-TradeArabia News Service
