It is an indicative of Etisalat’s commitment towards implementing a National Emergency Plan, said Etisalat in a statement.

The operator received the award for its managed services solutions (MSS) and hosting data centre and fixed network.

The telecom major’s mobile networks certificate was recently upgraded from BS25999 to ISO22301, it said.
