Batelco wins Four Seasons Voice IP deal

Bahrain's leading telecom services operator Batelco said it has been selected by the leading 5-star hotel “Four Seasons” to provide voice IP telephony and data network infrastructure solution requirements.

The new hotel, which will open soon in the Bahrain Bay development, has selected Batelco, being a trusted ICT solutions provider that is capable of delivering a top quality and reliable network to help the hotel serve its wide spectrum of customers, said a company statement.

Batelco is serving the hotel’s core ICT requirements based on leading brands; such as Avaya and Cisco, delivering an IP Telephony solution consisting of over 1,700 handsets with voice mail, call accounting, and contact center capabilities, as well as a data network supporting the hotel’s IP systems and providing 100 per cent wifi coverage throughout the premises.

Batelco ICT deployment team, in co-operation with the hotel’s management, has identified the hotels’ specific requirements, developed the suitable network designs and rolled out the required solutions as per the agreed work schedule.

“Batelco has accumulated vast ICT and communications experience and knowledge over the years and has become a proven experienced business enabler trusted by global business customers. This has differentiated Batelco when it comes to provisioning of state-of-the-art business solutions and support services,” said Batelco business division general manager Adel Daylami.
