Bahrain’s leading telecommunication service provider Batelco has won the Cisco Gold Certification.

Batelco said it has met the requirements by offering a broader range of certification and expertise in advanced technologies, integrating Cisco lifecycle services into its offerings, and by demonstrating a measurably high level of customer satisfaction, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

This accreditation provides Batelco with access to comprehensive sales, technical, and lifecycle services training and support directly from Cisco.

“It is the result of Batelco's investment in the most advanced technologies and ongoing efforts to offer the best services to customers,” Batelco enterprise division general manager Adel Daylami said.

Cisco's senior vice-president of worldwide channels Edison Peres said with specialisations in unified communications, routing and switching, security, and wireless LAN, Batelco has made an investment in developing the capability to deliver the integrated and customised technology solutions that today's customers demand.

Meanwhile, in a separate announcement, Batelco said it is offering a comprehensive range of dedicated services to small enterprises, which are meant to increase their efficiency and competitiveness. - TradeArabia News Service
