Zain Bahrain has opened a new state-of-the-art experience centre in City Centre Bahrain.

“This echoes our long-term growth strategy and vision to provide the most innovative service and products and create a truly seamless customer experience,” said Zain Bahrain general manager Mohammed Zainalabedin.

“We have also invested in further developing our network and expanding into new areas, allowing us to provide a stronger coverage to our growing customer base,” he added.

The Zain City Centre Bahrain shop is open seven days a week, daily from 10am to 10pm on weekdays and 10am until midnight on weekends, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

It is located near Gate 5 of the mall. Equipped with a customer visit management system, the shop also allows customers to schedule an appointment at any of Zain's 22 shops.

The telecom firm's new flagship centre also hosts a dedicated team for Signature customers as well as a desk to cater to all technical service requirements.

Another key feature in the new store is the 'Live Chat Service' with Zain Bahrain Customer Care, where clients will be able to interact with agents via an interactive platform.

In a separate statement, Zain Bahrain announced the launch of its first personalised home broadband packages called 'The Big Gigs Family'.

'The Streamer' offers unlimited YouTube usage, 'The Downloader' is aimed at movie and TV lovers with 120GB of threshold and 'The Gamer' is for gamers who want maximum speed from their Internet connection.

“The Big Gigs Family' home broadband packages provide much needed flexibility for our customers, who can choose the package that best suits their lifestyle,” said Zain Bahrain marketing specialist Ali Al Mulla.

The home broadband packages feature ultra-fast 4G LTE technology, unlimited usage, generous thresholds and free 4G LTE router or MiFi devices. - TradeArabia News Service
