Batelco launches rewards programme for mobile users

MANAMA, June 24, 2019

Batelco, the leading digital solutions provider in Bahrain, has launched its exciting new loyalty programme, Batelco Rewards, benefiting all Batelco’s mobile users.
The rewards programme is designed for both Postpaid and Prepaid (SimSim) subscribers and is launched as a means of rewarding customers for selecting Batelco as their service provider of choice, said the company.
Postpaid customers will collect points once their bills are paid in full and before their due date, whilst Prepaid (SimSim) customers will be able to earn points based on their usage. 
The new programme features the transfer of points to a cash balance in the account of the subscriber, providing them with the flexibility to benefit from the points collected. 
The programme consists of three tiers, where customers can be promoted from Silver to Gold or Platinum based on the number of points collected.
Customers can view the details of rewards programme such as the number of points they have accumulated, at the Batelco eServices website (, or by dialing *888#.
