Summit to create roadmap for govt services

More than 60 experts will address lessons from the private sector and the future of government services at an upcoming summit in Dubai.

The Government Summit will be held from February 10 to 12 under the theme ‘Leading Government Services.’

Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, said the summit will focus on developing creative concepts in providing government services.

The 2014 summit will provide a platform for senior government officials to share best practices, and discuss key topics that lead to the highest possible levels of customer experience, stated Al Gergawi, who is also head of the summit’s organising committee.

The summit will also witness the launch of a series of international reports on the development of government services, and propose many worksheets and constructive discussions that will contribute to the expansion and dissemination of knowledge and establishing a model government sector development in the region, he added. - TradeArabia News Service
