Adnan Chida has joined the corporate team and has experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, joint ventures and transactions on the capital markets.

Candice Cothill, who has worked with a number of South Africa’s leading intellectual property firms, has joined the firm’s intellectual property team as a key member in both the contentious and non-contentious areas. Cothill has significant experience in trade mark law and also advises on anti-counterfeiting, copyright, advertising and promotion, company names and domain names.

Christopher Dixon, senior partner and head of the corporate team, said: “Our new appointments will add to our established reputation for corporate transactional work and are a step further in our objective of continuing to develop and expand our practice in the coming years." - TradeArabia News Service
