Saudi-based Artar Real Estate Development has announced the launch of Mada Residences, a premium lifestyle development located in Downtown Dubai.

The luxury residential project is the first in the UAE from Artar, the property development arm of Abdul Rahman Saad Al Rashid & Sons Company, a group with over 50 years of regional construction and development excellence.

Located in Dubai’s premium lifestyle district Downtown Dubai, Mada Residences comprises a total of 193 spacious units of various sizes. With floor areas starting at 882 sq ft and with prime use of floor-to-ceiling glass throughout, each unit has been styled to be light, airy and roomy, said a company statement.

Under this scheme, they will have to make 30 per cent payment during the first year and the final 70 per cent upon completion of the project.

The company is in the process of establishing commercial arrangements with local banks to facilitate convenient finance terms for its customers, he added.
