Dubai Hills Estate completes work on 18-hole golf course

Dubai Hills Estate, a joint venture between leading developers Meraas and Emaar, said the construction work on the 18-hole championship golf course at its Dubai Hills Golf Club development has been fully completed.

The serene, lush lifestyle destination, Dubai Hills Estate, is located only 15 minutes from Downtown Dubai and City Walk.

The construction of the 18-hole par-72 championship golf course designed by European Golf Design of Dubai Hills Golf Club is complete with work on the clubhouse marking brisk progress, said the statement from Dubai Hills Estate. It is set on a 1.2- million-sq-m area, nearly the size of 63 football fields.

Offering a challenge to golfers of all handicaps, it is billed to become one of the key golfing destinations in the Middle East region, it added.

Adding to the choice of residents in Dubai Hills Estate, one of the most sought-after residential destinations in the city, the golf club is central to the mega-development’s lifestyle ethos. With numerous premium villas and townhouses set around the golf course, residents become part of a lush-green community.
