Motorcity, the distributor of world-renowned passenger vehicle brands in Bahrain has announced the launch of the much-anticipated Chery Tiggo 7 Pro at the Motorcity Showroom in Sanad.

 

One of China’s top automotive manufacturers, and five-time winner of the Chinese ‘Enterprises with the Best Global Image’, has introduced the all-new five-seater compact crossover Tiggo 7 Pro to its ever-expanding line up of quality built and technology-loaded vehicles.

 

The car is geared with a 1.5-litre turbo gasoline engine rated at 145hp and 210Nm. This DOHC 16-valve Euro 6-compliant 4-cylinder engine is matched with a 9-speed continuously variable transmission (CVT). In terms of dimensions, the Tiggo 7 Pro is 4,500mm long, 1,842mm wide and 1,746mm high.

 

The Chery Tiggo 7 Pro sports the latest design language featuring a large “Sunshine Galaxy” grille, full matrix LED headlights with LED daytime running lights and LED fog lights, as well as 18-inch two-tone alloy wheels.

 

The car is packed with safety features, including the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), Electronic Brake Assist (EBA), Traction Control System (TCS), Hill Assist Control (HAC), Hill Descent Control (HDC), and ISOFIX child-seat tethers. Moreover, the Emergency Signal System ensures additional safety by causing the hazard lights to flash, if the driver suddenly brakes when travelling at high speed, thereby alerting the motorist behind quickly.

 

The interior of the Tiggo 7 Pro flaunts a glossy and tech-laden look. It comes with a 10.25-inch infotainment display, 7-inch instrument cluster, and 8-inch A/C full touch panel. The car is also equipped with a 360-degree HD panoramic camera, providing an all-around view of the car in wide-angle for a safer and assisted driving experience. While the crossover’s cabin features leather-covered upholstery, the adjustable front seats incorporate extensive side bolstering.
