Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that Dr. Taieser Al Saati has been promoted to Executive Partner. According to an analysis of prime areas* in Dubai in Q2 2022 by Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty, Jumeira Bay Island had recorded the largest increase in prices per sq. ft.
The prices (quarter-on-quarter) had jumped by 44.3% to reach AED 6,500 per sq. ft. in Q2. In the prime off-plan market, the island also recorded the highest gains, jumping by 27.7% to reach AED 4,828 per sq. ft in Q2.
Jumeira Bay has only 128 residential plots, making them highly coveted and exclusive. The area presents itself as the ultimate option for prime beachfront real estate for ultra-high net worth individuals to build their dream homes.
