A major open-air entertainment event is set to enthral UAE residents in Dubai and Abu Dhabi this November, a report said.

The 24-night Hydra Open Air Cinema UAE 2008, will run for 12 days each in the two emirates, according to a Gulf News report.

On show will be a mega open air cinema, a festival of international cuisine and dazzling shows backed by the latest technology.
 
The cinema is a tie-up between SwissOpenAir Concept, the entertainment major of open air cinema screening, and Hydra Properties.

'By screening a Bollywood movie and an Arabic film apart from the Hollywood blockbusters at each of the venues, the event will cater to all segments of the UAE's multi-cultural population,' said Dr Sulaiman Al Fahim, CEO of Hydra Properties.
