RMG Connect, JWT’s Digital sister agency, recently conducted an in-depth digital workshop at the company's new office in Dubai.
The workshop covered the basic principles of Social Media optimisation, the critical success factors, the challenges it poses for organisations as well as the potential power that it can deliver.
Clients as varied as Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, HSBC, Aldar and Saudi Telecom attended the two-day Social Media and Digital Marketing workshop, which was conducted by digital specialist Jennifer Williams.
Williams was recently named one of the "40 Biggest Players of the Digital Age” by B&T’s Digital Media Magazine.
She tackled the correct use of the digital channels and social media tools available and provided the attendees with detailed information about the pros and cons and implementation considerations as well as case studies from related industries that are using these tools to good effect.
“The workshop is critical to assisting much of the dilemma faced by our clients and to further grow the digital and CRM market in the Middle East.
"There is good understanding in the region but it is important for it to develop further so that clients can really reap the benefits of the closer interaction and engagement we can offer at RMG Connect," explained Wassim Bassil, regional managing director.
Apart from expanding the market’s perception of CRM and digital consultancy, RMG is concerned with bringing clients closer to their targets by providing them with new insight and further services that will help broaden the marketing horizon in the Middle East.
“This is a first but firm step in the right direction. With the digital evolution well on its way, it is only natural that we take on the challenge of offering our clients a lot more than the ordinary,” Bassil added.-TradeArabia News Service
