Silah Gulf wins top service provider award

Silah Gulf, the GCC contact centre and business process outsourcing (BPO) company, has won the award for Best New Outsource Service Provider for the second consecutive year at the Annual Middle East Call Centre Awards in Dubai.

Competing against major regional players, Silah also took home the prizes for Best Technology Platform and Best Reporting.

The Bahrain-headquartered company services customers in the region, including Kuwait, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

"Silah is now recognised in the region as a leading BPO for companies wanting strategic outsourcing," said chief executive Joe Tawfik.

"Companies around the region are recognising that our effective customer experience management methodologies have a direct positive impact on business growth," he added.

Silah's technology platform was recognised at the award ceremony as the best in the Middle East.

Besides offering full multi-media, the platform offers its clients a call centre in the Cloud solution.

Customers are able to access the same leading technology at their premises using only a data link and can avoid paying for expensive infrastructure.

"Reporting is of critical importance to us because it provides key means of communicating to our customers how their services are performing," Tawfik said.
