Silah Gulf inks deal with Albayan Media

Manama, May 19, 2014

Bahrain-headquartered Silah Gulf, a customer experience solutions provider, has signed a partnership agreement with Albayan Media Group (AMG), a leading media group in the kingdom, for the Saudi market.

Silah services that will be offered in Saudi Arabia include contact centre services, training and certifications as well as diagnostics and consulting for organisations seeking to lead the customer experience evolution across various segments, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

"This agreement in Saudi Arabia is an important step forward in our plan for strategic growth and value creation in the GCC market," said Silah Gulf chief executive Ricardo Langwieder-Görner.

"We believe this partnership will strengthen Silah in its growth ambitions," he noted.

"Our plan is to build upon the best practices, footprint, network and experience from both companies to deliver superior customer solutions and enhanced value for both our Saudi clients and our shareholders," stated Langwieder-Görner.

AMG managing director Abdulhameed Alasfoor said he saw a lot of synergy in the new setup.

"Over the last 10 years, AMG has generated a wealth of experience in the Saudi market through dealing with key players in the petroleum, gas, petrochemical, banking and retail sectors," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
