Initiative appoints new UAE managing director

Dubai-based media communications company Initiative Mena has appointed Raffoul Mattar as the new managing director for its UAE operations.
Formerly the managing director for Initiative Abu Dhabi, Mattar will divide his time and responsibilities between the organisation’s offices in the UAE capital and Dubai, said a statement.
Ramzy Abouchacra, regional managing director, Initiative GCC, said: “Since joining Initiative in 2011, Raffoul has been instrumental to the growth of the agency. His dedication to the job and his leadership skills have earned him the respect of both his colleagues and clients.”
“Raffoul’s deep understanding of the communication scene, his rigor and passion will definitely have an impact on our UAE operations,” he added.
Mattar commenced his career with Initiative at the Beirut office and later held prominent positions with top communication agencies in the region, said the statement. - TradeArabia News Service
