Anyware Video to showcase latest solutions at Cabsat

DUBAI, February 16, 2015

Anyware Video, a key player in the broadcasting industry, is set to showcase the latest developments of its ‘All-in-a-Box’ technology at Cabsat 2015 in Dubai, UAE, next month.

The leading trade show in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region for broadcasting, satellite and connected digital media will run from March 10 to 12 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

After two years of growth and the production of the first operational version of Channel-in-a-Box for remote use, Anyware Video traveled to Dubai with the aim of enhancing its position in the Middle East and Africa, said a statement.

This approach falls within its customer support strategy, and even aims to implement a training offer, it said.

All-in-One, the flagship of Anyware Video technology, will offer different monitoring tools in a single server.

Combined with Channel-in-a-Box to form the All-in-a-Box solution, it will represent an undeniable asset for channels which can not broadcast from their own territory.

Associated with machine remote controlled technology (in all cases including restarting), this thin client solution will facilitate deployment in overseas data centres (the cheapest or the most efficient at a constant cost) without the need of a local resource.

Moreover, it will facilitate broadcasting in external markets and enable to gain new customers.

Xavier Picat, chief executive officer, said Cabsat is a privilege opportunity to meet local partners, distributors and integrators, and to show our latest innovations to TV channels and broadcasters. 15 years ago, Anyware Video had forged strong relationships with Maghreb, India, UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia and it wishes on the occasion of its participation, for the 3rd consecutive year, to strengthen and develop them.

Anyware Video, which has been historically attached to Middle East (especially the UAE) and North Africa, will also be presented at Cabsat in order to pursue its development in India and Sub-Saharan Africa which will become the focus of the company’s attention.

It is currently positioned as a trainer and works to complete its offer by transmitting its technical know-how in a way that makes the offered technologies accompanied by a real ‘upgrading’ of users’ skills, said the statement.

The new context which will be imposed on channels and African broadcasters will indeed require a continental digital television switchover in 2015; therefore, it was important for Anyware Video to offer tailored support for this particularly critical period, it added. - TradeArabia News Service
