Dekra Insight to open new office in Oman

CALIFORNIA, April 29, 2015

Dekra Insight, a leading safety consultancy, is set to open a new office in Oman.

The move follows more than a decade of service in the region and marks the firm's commitment to improving safety across the Gulf, said a statement.

The firm’s clients include Petroleum Development Oman, Qatar Petroleum, RasGas, Bapco, and Oryx.

The opening of the new office will be led by Dekra Insight chief executive officer Colin Duncan, executive vice president EMEA Dennis Jackson, and principal Tariq Barwani.

The new office will create a permanent and sustainable presence for Dekra Insight in Oman and across the Gulf Cooperation Council states, said the statement.

The new location will improve industry safety performance and create employment, development, and long-term career opportunities for people throughout the region, it said.
