Solidere, a leading real estate services provider in Lebanon, will be one of the main sponsors of "Lebanon is Looking Good", an initiative launched recently by Real Estate Developers Association of Lebanon (Redal) and the Real Estate Syndicate of Lebanon (Real).

The aim of this initiative is to restore confidence in Lebanon’s future and economy, and to launch a wave of optimism and positivity.

“By supporting this initiative, Solidere intends to renew its confidence in Lebanon and in its capacity to always get back on its feet despite the difficult circumstances it is facing,” a Redal statement quoted Solidere general manager Mounir Douaidy as saying.

“Solidere itself was established as a model for Lebanon’s capacity to make a new start and succeed in its gambit in the most difficult periods. Accordingly, we believe in the slogan of the initiative, namely that Lebanon is still looking good and that there are excellent chances to invest in it, especially in the real estate sector, and now is the time to take advantage of them.”

The campaign includes highlighting positive news about Lebanon in local and regional media, and on the country being a good destination for successful investments, and stressing the availability of encouraging opportunities in it.

According to the statement, Solidere, already a member of Redal, will have a strong showing in the Dream 2015 exhibition, which will be held at the Beirut International Exhibition and Leisure Centre (BIEL) from September 23 to September 26. A gala dinner is planned on September 22 as a means to celebrate the real estate sector’s rock-solid legacy and leadership.

The president of Redal Namir Cortas said: “The campaign, Dream 2015 and the panels are stronger and more important with the support of Solidere.”

“We look forward to welcoming the endorsement of the campaign by other major institutions in the coming weeks, and we are in the process of reaching cooperation agreements with such institutions.” – TradeArabia News Service
