Dubai's RBBi appoints new CEO

DUBAI, January 24, 2018

Dubai-based RBBi, the first accredited usability and digital marketing agency in the Middle East, has announced the appointment of Caroline Dickin as chief executive officer (CEO).

The appointment of the CEO will be supported with key management appointments, a statement said.

With more than 12 years’ experience in digital, Dickin will leverage her in-depth experience in managing market development in the UK and UAE to fully drive the digital business across the agency.

Dickin most recently held the position of managing director across the Performance Marketing & Analytics division, where she drove a widespread digital transformation agenda across the UAE.  In her new position, Dickin will be responsible for the continuous growth and development of the agency and will report directly to RBBi’s Board of Directors, which includes the company founders, Devesh Mistry & Amol Kadam.

Commenting on her new role, Dickin said: “As consumers continue to spend more of their time on digital media, it’s vital that businesses consolidate their digital efforts for cross-channel strategies to be successful in this market. I look forward to working more closely with the team at RBBi and to lay the foundation for continued digital excellence with a user centric approach. It’s an exciting time for RBBi, and I welcome this opportunity to be part of its growth.”

“As a user centric agency, we understand that consumers’ needs are constantly changing and we are committed to ensuring that our partners are able to better serve, reach, engage with their customers,” she added.

To ensure success in RBBi’s next stage of growth, Dickin will also be working with a freshly structured leadership team. Joining the senior executive team are Andrew Tonks, Minesh Mistry and Naguib Toihiri.

Andrew Tonks has been named RBBi’s new chief operating officer, while Minesh Mistry has now taken the role as head of Business Development and Client Services. Completing the leadership team is Naguib Toihiri, who takes on a wider role as head of Marketing at RBBi, stepping up from his previous position as head of SEO.  – TradeArabia News Service
