November 30 deadline for Prince Talal prize

RIYADH, November 7, 2019

The Arab Gulf Development Programme for Development (AGFUND) said that November 30 is the deadline for receiving nominations for Prince Talal International Prize.

The prize targets the sixth goal of the SDGs 2030 "Ensure access to water and sanitation for all”.

AGFUND has called on UN, international, and regional organizations, national NGOs, ministries and public institutions, social business enterprises, individuals and all development actors around the world to submit their nomination for the Prize before the deadline.

The amount of Prince Talal International Prize is $1,000,000, divided into four categories; the first category prize ($ 400,000), specified for projects implemented by UN agencies or international and regional NGOs and the second category prize ($ 300,000), specified for projects implemented by national NGOs.

The third category prize ($ 200,000), specified for projects implemented by governmental bodies (ministries and public institutions social business enterprises) or social business enterprises, while the fourth category prize ($ 100,000), specified for projects initiated, funded and/or implemented by individuals.
