Radisson duo ready for 'Taste of Dubai'

Radisson’s Media City flagship hotel has released two of its award-winning chefs to tickle the taste buds of visitors to Taste of Dubai 2009, which runs from March 11 to 14.

Chef Nugi Wardhana and Chef Simon Apollonio are geared up to dish up signature dishes from the hotel’s Certo and Chef’s House restaurants, said a statement from Radisson's.

“Chef Nugi will be leading the Spinney’s Cookery School, where the live cooking stations offer a real once-in-a-lifetime experience to culinary enthusiasts,” according to Julia Alvaro, director of sales and marketing at the Radisson SAS Hotel, Dubai Media City.

Meanwhile, she said that Chef Simon’s menus are influenced by the food culture of Italy. 'Taste of Dubai brings fine-dining restaurants from across the city to one central hub and we are delighted to be involved in it for the second year running,' she added.

Radisson SAS Hotel, Dubai Media City is located in the heart of the emirate's regional technology and communications hub and offers 246 rooms, including five suites, designed in a contemporary style.

The hotel offers several food & beverage outlets, 12 meeting rooms and Senso Wellness Centre with five themed massage rooms and two outdoor pools.-TradeArabia News Service
