Summertown redesigns Galadari showroom
Dubai, July 13, 2009
Summertown Interiors, an international corporate turnkey design and fit-out contractor, is giving a fresh new look to the Galadari Automobiles' 450 sq m Mazda showroom.
Summertown Interiors' experts in design and planning developed a showroom concept that integrated functional practicality with subtle luxury. This not only created a sophisticated, fresh showroom highlighting Mazda cars, but also catered to visiting clientele.
'Meeting the client's needs and expectations requires daily contact with the client,' Pradeep Acharya, Business Development manager, Summertown explained.
'For example in this Mazda showroom, Mazda cars should remain the highlight and main focus of the space. Our designers took this understanding and decided that no other decorations were needed; they focused on keeping it clutter-free.'
By nurturing close relationships with its clients, Summertown Interiors is able to create designs to match exact tastes. For the Mazda Showroom Project, the main challenge was to create sophistication as well as practicality with minimum furniture.
Summertown Interiors established experts in design, uncovered the perfect solution by using the right lighting. This enabled the cars to be the main focus throughout the showroom yet still highlighting the minimal displays around the space.
The design involved wooden wall paneling, and wooden cabinets of high quality finishing. 'Large wall photos with a hint of bold and elegant background colors allowed us to keep the focus on the cars.'
Lighting was important to create the feel of clean simplicity, and pillars gave depths to the showroom. As experts in design, planning and integrating flexible office solutions, we not only develop turnkey concepts, but also keep within our client's budget,' Arthur Villaneuva, senior interior designer, Summertown Interiors commented.
Summertown’s insight into the client’s needs resulted in a project which enabled the client to reach its objective.
'Galadari Automobiles has a strong commitment to quality service. This quality service, delivered by our qualified staff, is enhanced and complimented by the finesse and sophistication of our new design by Summertown Interiors,' stated R Krishnan, GM, Galadari Automobiles.
'The design team created a design scheme that matches our clear intentions to our clientele and the overall attitude that we have towards service,' Krishnan added.-TradeArabia News Service
