Dubai hotel offers rich Ramadan treats

Dubai, August 8, 2009

Ewaan restaurant at The Palace – The Old Town in Downtown Burj Dubai is offering an extensive and authentic Arabic buffet for Iftar and a selection of traditional Arabic delicacies for Sohour, during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

The setting is completely Arabesque with luxurious drapery, flamboyant accessories, falcons, henna and Oud music providing entertainment, said a statement.

With a large selection of hot and cold mezzehs offered, chef specialties will be prepared at show cooking stations. Shisha will be served and the restaurant will also accommodate majlis-style traditional private dining in its alcoves for a more intimate Iftar experience.

The ballroom is also available as a choice to host a larger corporate Iftar.

“We have made elaborate preparations for the Holy Month of Ramadan so that guests can have a refreshing yet authentic Arabian experience,” said Edouard Grosmangin, executive assistant manager, food & beverage.

“We have carefully selected the menu for Iftar buffets and Sohour delicacies to ensure it appeals to all guests. The objective is to encourage get-togethers so people can step in, relax, enjoy their meal and be pampered, all culminating in a memorable experience in the company of family and friends,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
