A teenage girl jumped to her death from the 17th floor of an apartment building in Dubai's Jumeirah Lakes Towers, a report quoting police  said.

The 14-year-old Indian girl took the step after her parents scolded her for getting a warning letter from school, the Gulf News report quoting the police said.

A Bangladeshi cleaner found the girl’s body on Thursday and alerted police.
