Indian spices brand gets clean chit in Bahrain

MANAMA, October 2, 2015

Health risks from a popular Indian spice brand being sold in Bahrain have been ruled out. The Health Ministry gave the all clear yesterday (October 1) to Kerala-based Nirapara, which was taken off shelves in the Indian state last month because tests showed its products contained dangerous levels of starch, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
