Nominations invited for Emirates Women Award

DUBAI, January 13, 2020

Dubai Quality Group kicked off the 17th Cycle of Emirates Women Award (EWA) to recognise and honour professional and business women in the UAE for their notable achievements.
 
The award is inviting the professional and businesswomen based in UAE, both nationals and residents, to send their applications not later than March 5, 2020 and held under the patronage of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive, Emirates Airline & Group.
 
The applications received will undergo an assessment by independent assessors trained in the award’s criteria, followed by review and verification by the award jury, to select the most outstanding performers, who will be announced and appreciated as winners of the cycle at the awarding ceremony to taking place in April 2020.
 
Two Overall Winners will be selected under the award’s major categories: Business and Professional. Additionally, Criteria Winners will be selected based on the performance of the applicants in the award’s different criteria: Leadership, Strategic and Financial Planning, Career Achievements, Community Contributions and Innovation. The award aims at appreciating women in the UAE for their outstanding contribution to the country.
 
Hassan Omar, Chairman, Dubai Quality Group, invites the professional & businesswomen based in UAE to participate in the award and said: “This year we are excited to launch the new cycle and welcome women to share their accomplishments.
