The BenefitPay mobile app will henceforth allow users to view their bank account balance directly from the application.

 

This was announced by Benefit, Bahrain’s innovator and leading company in Fintech and electronic financial transactions services in the region. 

 

This new feature highlights Benefit’s continuous pursuit to offer an enhanced experience to BenefitPay users allowing them to conduct all of their financial transactions from a single intelligent application. 

 

The launch of this feature comes in line with the increasing popularity of this well-known application. Currently, a large number of individuals and businesses are also shifting to non-cash methods of payment as their preferred choice for conducting financial transactions, this comes in line with existent precautionary measures to curb the spread of the Coronavirus within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

directly from BenefitPay. This long-awaited feature has been launched as part of our constant effort to continuously develop the app and give users the features they both want and need.”

 

He added: “We would like to thank the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) for their continuous support and thank all the Banks for their swift response and collaboration to make this feature available as soon as possible.”

 

BenefitPay users can now select the “Show Bank Balance” button to view their current balance. This latest feature allows users to view their available balance before making fund transfers or payments to confirm that they have the required amount. As per best industry practices, in order to guarantee the highest levels of confidentiality and security the balance can only be shown this option is selected, and remains otherwise hidden.

 

Benefit’s latest feature aims to achieve customer satisfaction for BenefitPay users, by giving them a diverse array of financial services and features which can easily be accessed on their smartphones.
