EMC opens new showroom in Abu Dhabi

Emirates Motor Company, the Mercedes-Benz distributor in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, has opened a new state-of-the-art showroom at Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi.
Emirates Motor Company is a member of the alFahim Group.
The showroom was inaugurated by alFahim chairman Saeed Abdul Jalil Al Fahim; Nicholas Speeks, president and CEO of DaimlerChrysler Middle East; Johannes Fritz, director, sales and marketing, Mercedes Car Group, Middle East; Christopher Preston, CEO of AlFahim Automotive Division; and EMC general manager Monzer Al Rifai.
“Being by far the busiest mall in Abu Dhabi, Marina Mall is a perfect location for EMC to extend its services and it will also bridge any distance gap between its niche products and prestigious clientele,” said Preston. “The Marina Mall showroom is the first step of EMC’s multi-million dirham expansion scheme, followed by another spectacular showroom in Mussafah in 2008.”
In addition to the car displays inside the mall, ample EMC branding is prominently featured at the main entrance, the cinema and the new extension.
“As sole agents for Mercedes-Benz in Abu Dhabi, we strongly believe that we must add value to the brand,” added Preston. “This new showroom is not only a new star in Abu Dhabi’s automotive firmament industry, but also provides us with the opportunity to improve customer satisfaction.”
Fitted out by Emirates Solution Interiors, the impressive 2,350 sq m premises is twice as large as the current showroom on Airport Road which will remain operational until the Mussafah project is completed.
“This magnificent new showroom reflects the importance of Abu Dhabi as a market for our products as well as that of our partner within our Middle East organisation, and it bodes well to our growing number of customers in and around Abu Dhabi as a focal point for our expanding range of luxury sedans and SUVs,” said Preston.
