Nissan conducts N-CAM programme

Nissan Middle East is the first regional office in the automaker’s global operations to conduct Competitive Advantage Map (N-CAM) train the trainer.
The N-CAM programme enables Nissan distributors implement and maintain high-quality standards, while strengthening operations and profit growth, said an official spokesman.
Managers from Nissan distributors across the GCC and the Middle East took part in the first training sessions at the company’s regional head office in Dubai on December 16 and 17.
The training aims to familiarise new standards, and optimise their understanding, and its definitive contribution towards operational quality enhancement.
Common operational areas covered such as brand, marketing, corporate communication, sales, information, new car, new model, frontline, customer relationship and human resources management.
N-CAM was launched globally by Nissan Motors Limited in 2005 to all its regional offices. Nissan Middle East is now the first regional office to extend the programme to all distributors.- TradeArabia News Service
