New service booking system for Mazda owners

Oman's Towell Auto Centre is offering its Mazda customers a booking system to enhance service satisfaction.
Towell's exclusive Mazda service centre at Ghubra has set up a call service at 24818204 through which customers can pre book their service. Depending on the service required, the customer service executive will then provide details about the day and time when the vehicle will be ready.
“At TAC we always keep our customers comfort a priority. This new system will guarantee that the customer is not inconvenienced at all. What’s more is that sometimes when all the customers come together, it can get daunting, so this in a way eases the process at both ends.
"It also ensures that the customer is not kept waiting endlessly and giving his car at the promised time,” says Annurag Chawla, Head of Marketing and Communications, Towell Auto Centre.
A network of nine service outlets and 10 parts outlets spread across the sultanate supports customer service.
